Thoughts on Losing Lila(!)
Gonna keep the thoughts for this book simple, short, yet sweet. :)

Losing Lila, the sequel to Hunting Lila. I've been waiting for this book forever since I read Hunting Lila earlier in the first half of the year. And it is a truly non-disappointing, even more amazing and action-packed sequel. While I love to read how Alex and Lila progresses in Hunting Lila, I love how they faced obstacles yet always coming back to one another in Losing Lila. They are such a PERFECT match!

It was truly non-stop action right from page 1! It never disappoints, all the running away and going back to the Unit, and the plot twists with several different characters Sarah threw in, it kept the read entertaining with every flip of the pages. I think one of the very main reason that kept Lila's story so lively, besides the exciting plot, was all the fun and intriguing characters! Lila's character totally grew from the first book, while she's still herself, I love the additional humour and "talk-without-going-it-though-her-brain" personality. Especially conversations with Jack in coma, and also after he was awake. I love this brother-sisterhood and the humour and fun in their conversation.

Not to mention Alex, he's just mmmmm sweeeet thing, that's no doubt, totally going swoon and melting all over when he got all sweet and overprotective and so understanding for Lila. Other than them, characters like Suki, Nate, Key, Mrs Johnson, Demos... They are all characters that can charm! Particularly love how Suki and Nate are always getting excited over little stuffs, like Alex's body. HA!

Without giving too much away, I can only say, with the fun characters and great plot throughout this 2 books, Lila's story has been awesome to read about. Sincerely hoping for great news for a MOVIE! And perhaps, hopefully, a third book in the future. But for now, I'm definitely contented with what was given. :)

Finally, to add on, Losing Lila is the only book on my reading list the last few weeks, around a month, through my most difficult time, when a close family member were quite ill and eventually left... I want to thank Sarah for creating this great sequel to at least keep me distracted and cheer me up at those times. :)
